Shipping Policy
Overview
All shipping will be done through Canada Post and each package includes a tracking number and insurance.
International shipping is available (U.S. Only at this time).
Please note that shipping delays may happen in the event of postal strike, bad weather, holidays and any pandemic related issues. I cannot guarantee arrival times.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Once your package has been shipped and you have received your tracking number, it is out of our hands and no longer Juicy Nails' responsibility.
If your package is missing, please contact Canada Post or USPS (U.S. orders) with your tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
International Shipping
Currently we only offer shipping within Canada and The United States. Shipping timelines varies with shipping carriers.
How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at therealjuicynails@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of certain products, all sales on custom products (ex. customized jewellery) and all nail sets (custom & ready-to-ship) are final. We do not offer accept returns or exchanges. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with accurate information for custom orders (nail sizes, correct spelling of names, etc.). Juicy Nails does not accept responsibility for any incorrect information provided by customer. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at therealjuicynails@gmail.com with the details of the order, photos and and a brief description of the damages.
